This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds for products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with this Refund Policy.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return, exchange or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product is in its original condition: Unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
• The product is not a custom-made item: We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for custom orders unless the product has a manufacturing defect (see Section 2.3).
• You provide valid proof of purchase: Such as order number, invoice or receipt.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects:

• Custom-made or personalized products (including products with custom designs, sizes or engravings).
• Products that have been worn, used, washed or damaged by the customer.
• Products without original tags, labels or packaging.
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

2.3 Returns and Refunds for Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as material damage, craftsmanship errors, or incorrect product design), please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery with clear photos or videos of the defect. After we confirm the defect, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Full refund: We will refund the full purchase price of the product to your original payment method.
• Replacement: We will send you a new product of the same style and size (if available). If the product is out of stock, we will provide a full refund.
• Repair: For certain designer products with minor defects, we may offer free repair services (if feasible).

We will bear the return shipping cost for defective products.

2.4 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team via email within the eligible return period, stating your order number, the reason for return, and providing relevant photos (if necessary).
2. After we review and approve your return request, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
3. Package the product securely with all original tags, labels and packaging, and attach the RA number to the package.
4. Ship the product back to us according to the return shipping instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost for non-defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

2.5 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, usually 3–10 business days. We will not charge any fees for processing refunds.

For international orders, please note that refund amounts do not include any customs duties, taxes or fees incurred during the purchase or return process. These fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

2.6 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

All prices on the Website are displayed in USD and do not include customs duties, taxes, shipping fees or other additional charges, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and fees for international orders.

You agree to pay the full amount of your order (including product price, shipping fees and any applicable taxes) using the payment methods provided on the Website.
